Sad news: David Starbuck has passed away
One of the northeast's leading archaeologists, Dr. David Starbuck, died on December 27 after a long bout with pancreatic cancer. Starbuck led three of the major archaeological digs at Mount Independence in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
